This training has two components: a practical part and a theoretical part. For certification both parts are necessary. The practical part concerns successful supporting a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project. The theoretical part includes the necessary training over a 5 month period. The Green Belt assessment includes 25 questions to evaluate whether the candidate has sufficient basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. The Black Belt assessment consists of 75 questions to determine whether the candidate has acquired sufficient additional knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
