Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

This training has two components: a practical part and a theoretical part. For certification, completion of both parts are required. The practical part involves participation in a successful Lean Six Sigma project. The theoretical part covers the necessary training. The final evaluation is based on an assessment consisting of 50 questions to determine if the candidate has sufficient knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Green Belt certification is required in order to participate in the Black Belt training -- an initial evaluation may be required. At the end of the training the participant is able to: manage teams applying the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC identify areas for project improvement measure input and output to collect essential data points improve the process with minimal variation.
